Best friend & Good friend

What is the definition of best friend & good friend?
I don't think dictionary is a good reference in this case.

I fear that something like this happen ;
" come, let me introduce, this is one of my good frens"
the person which i think is my good fren, " Huh, since when I become her good fren ?"
Just like somebody just give me a slap on my cute face.

Yet, I am very sure who is my best friend.
I dun need many, as long as it is life long. It is possible? Will distance again be the Great Wall of China of frienship? Let's hope nop..
