Tanjong PLC Presentation Ceremony

@ Hotel Maya KL by YB Dato' Dr Hou Kok Chung, Deputy Minister of Higher Education.

Ykit and I decided to meet at KLCC before walking to Hotel Maya which is 10 min away from KLCC. But we coincidentally met in the LRT of Universiti Station. I was late and who noes, he was late too. LOL.. and we met Sin Ying at KLCC before the three of us walked to Hotel Maya.
I duno we had entered into the Hotel through the wrong door or what, but this hotel has unique design =.= Heard that it is boutique hotel?
I have once passed through this hotel with my aunt when we visited a law firm just beside this hotel ;)
and so we reached the hall at 11am. We were not late. Punctual. Haha. But all sweaty from the walk.
My Book Awards. Yipee!!!!

Our table 5. Do some catching up before the ceremony started at 12pm on arrival of YB.

me and Sin Ying. She cut off her long hair. I know my hair is short, thanks.

The representations from the 2008 batch ;) Me, sin ying and Ykit.

Mr Chong, my interviewer back then in 2008. He sat beside me this afternoon. Although he dun recognise any of us, but I definitely wont forget him. My benefactor yo. I forgot which department he is from, but he is a very very friendly man and very caring ;) Like! LOL.

with Kent (my graduated law senior), Karine, Sin ying and Ykit
I am really grateful that I am one of the Tanjong Scholarship recipients. Is not all about the scholarship, I have met a great bunch of Tanjong Scholar frens, I have met Lina and Karine who are ever supportive to us and gained many experiences especially from UDP.

Know what this gal did during lecture? haha..
Believe me, I really look a lot better in person with that short and cool hair of mine ;) Really! Haha..

Yes, goodbye.

Spoilt diet plan

Pictures will tell the story of my not-so-successful-flat-tummy-plan. Haha. Outing with Melissa and Fangie for dinner at Gardens on Monday night. Monday is not really blue ;)
That was Fangie first visit to Sushi Zanmai =.= and she was so auntie-ishy..

We went to Alexis, Gardens for the famous Tiramisu after meal dessert. So it tasted like Tiramisu (duh...) and worth a try... 15 bucks ++ per slice.

Mixed Fruits Meringue, hot seller as well. Mel said meringue made by her sis tastes better. LOL. Caters for those who like desserts yet prefer it to be low sugared. ;)
As the saying goes, it does not matter what you eat, but it does matter who you dine with. Nice dinner I had.

Must we be so sceptical and dubious when people treat us good?
Undeniable that some people treat you good with ulterior motive.
Too naive? Or rather stupid?
If you choose to believe the good side of people, you will feel happier lots.
True not?

Yes, goodbye.

Fish head beehoon

The famous Cheras fish head rice vermicelli. We had it on our way to Muzium Orang Asli, Gombak to get our assignment done. And we got lost, I duno what the GPS doing. LOL. and becoz we got lost, we got to eat this ;)

A bowl of fish head beehoon with generous serving of fine sliced fried shallots and fried fish.
RM6.50

Just now Nana and I went to the famous Old Klang Road one. For me, it tasted the same as the Cheras one except the fish did not smell so fishy. Next time I shall order fish head beehoon without fish head. I dun love this actually, I prefer pan mee.
One more week. Anyone interested in Sunway Lagoon????? Lets throng Lagoon!!!!!!!!!
Dizzy spell. Sigh.
Raining again.
Diet for 3 days ;)

Yes, goodbye.

Personal Preference

Woke up to a beautiful Saturday weather, the temperature is just nice. Not too hot, not too dampy. The sun went to for a hide occasionally.
After a busy week, finally I get some me time.

Current position: University of Malaya, 12th College.
Current book: I heart New York by Lindsey Kelk.
Well, it is definitely a lazy Saturday (since when I have been hardworking anyway?)
Yes, I am staying here this weekend for my assignments. Seems like everyone is busy for their assignments.

This week is still a great week after all, apart than I really miss home a lot.
A juris test, Streamyx application for my new house, Xiao Jun pre-departure to Commenwealth games steamboat dinner, tutorials, lectures, badminton, Za'ba Memorial Library, Pangkor Village Seafood restaurant SS24 (the clams are absolutely bravo) and assignments.
oh ya, not forgetting the story of the angelic looked gal who is not so angelic, so what if you have a bf huh??
Next week preview: Sultan Azlan Shah Law Lecture at Mandarin Oriental Hotel and Law Career Convention 2010 (LCC) at Law Faculty, UM. DO come and join us for the LCC!!!

Ending this post with a picture of me and Ah San imitating a scene in Personal Preference during stayover at Cindy's place.

Maybe when I have got the mood, I shall present you with the story of 2R : Raid and Refund.
Nice weekend ppl!

Yes, goodbye.
