Out of sudden

I found this thingy while searching for books.
Wei.. I can sue you for trespass to land for pasting that thingy in my room, on my study table ok??

In the middle of reading Contract, suddenly someone and something struck me.
And I duno wat to do and how to solve.
Sigh.
